These terms govern your purchase, download, and deployment of VSNX encoders, WebAssembly Player SDK, and related enterprise security modules.
Perpetual Commercial Rights
Purchased license tiers grant non-exclusive, perpetual rights for your registered domains without recurring DRM per-view taxes.
Zero Reverse-Engineering
Decompilation, bytecode manipulation, or cracking of VSNX WebAssembly runtime binaries is strictly prohibited.
12 Months Free Updates
All commercial purchases include 12 months of core engine security patches and major browser compatibility releases.
01 Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing our website, purchasing commercial license credentials, downloading the VSNX CLI Encoder, or embedding the VSNX Web Player SDK into your applications, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you certify that you have full legal authority to bind such entity.
02 Intellectual Property & Licensing Scope
The VSNX binary container specification (.vsnx), the WebAssembly Core Engine bytecode, and the native transcoding binaries are the exclusive proprietary property of VSNX Video Studio.
- Non-Exclusive License: You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software according to your purchased edition limit (e.g., 1 Domain for Creator, 3 Domains for Studio, Custom for Enterprise).
- Customer Content Ownership: You retain 100% full legal and financial ownership over your original video assets, course curriculums, and metadata. VSNX claims zero rights over your media.
03 Prohibited Uses & Anti-Tampering Safeguards
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to reconstruct the source code or algorithms of the WebAssembly player or CLI binary.
- Circumventing, bypassing, or disabling the domain validation, license checking, or dynamic watermarking deterrent features.
- Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, or leasing your assigned License Key to third parties without prior written Enterprise agreement.
- Utilizing VSNX technology to encrypt or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing media.
04 Service Level, Maintenance & Liability
VSNX provides technical support and compatibility updates for modern Evergreen browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge). While VSNX neutralizes browser-based scrapers (DevTools, IDM, Cốc Cốc, generic video capture extensions), no software can guarantee 100% defense against external physical cameras recording a monitor screen. Forensic dynamic watermarking is provided as the ultimate deterrent.
In no event shall VSNX be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of software integration or third-party hosting server downtime.
